Ingredients-- Chire/Rice Flakes - 150gm Turmeric Powder - 1.5tsp Salt - 1.5tsp Sugar - 2tbsp Oil - 2tbsp Ground Nuts - 1tbsp Cashew -15nos Raisin - 20nos Fennel Seeds - 1/2tsp Bay leaf - 2nos Cardamom, Clove & Cinnamon - 2nos each Chopped Onion -1 medium size Chopped Green Chilli - 2nos Chopped Ginger - 1tsp Chopped Potato - 1 small size Chopped Carrot - 1tbsp Green peas - 1tbsp Chopped capsicum - 1tbsp Cumin Powder - 1/2tsp Ghee - 1tbsp Tips for making Chire Polao neat -- The chire should be washed thoroughly several times without soaking it for too long. After washing, rub salt and sugar on the chirre and leave it on a strainer or paper for 15 minutes.
