It was then that his brother Alejandro took him to meet Emilio Andereud, a missionary who came to Mexico. Emilio explained that Christianity is not a religion, but rather a living and dynamic personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and that he needed to repent and believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay for his sins. Armando, filled with tears, fell to his knees and surrendered his life completely to Jesus Christ, making Him his Lord and Savior. In 1977, the Lord called him to the ministry to preach and make disciples in Mexico, and he founded the church "Vida Nueva para México," renamed "Vida Nueva para el Mundo" (New Life for Mexico), because the ministry became known in several countries. Years after the creation of the VNPEM church, Armando Alducin realized that the church needed to go beyond its four walls and could not wait for people to come to the church. He then began holding breakfast conferences every two months in a neutral location: the Sheraton Hotel. The conferences were not of a religious nature but scientific, teaching that atheism is not synonymous with intelligence, but with irrationality, based on historical, psychological, anthropological, archaeological, genetic, chemical, and physical evidence contained in the Bible. This was a success, and many people gave their lives to Jesus Christ, causing great growth in the church. God opened the doors for him to make his love known in many other nations.
