What we can say is that it is a more than delicious and easy-to-make dessert. Prepare this husband-catcher cake to enjoy its exquisite flavor, you will love it! For the cake: 1 cup condensed milk 1 cup evaporated or regular milk 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup wheat flour (any wheat flour will do) 4 tablespoons sugar (optional) 4 eggs For the coconut glaze: 1 cup milk 3 tablespoons sugar 1 cup shredded coconut 1 tablespoon cornstarch Remaining coconut and evaporated milk left in the cans Shredded coconut for sprinkling on top of the finished cake. Preparation: Grease and flour a 24 cm diameter flan pan. In the blender, add the condensed milk, evaporated or regular milk, coconut milk, flour, sugar, and eggs. Blend well until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pan and place it in a large pot with a little water. The amount of water should cover the pan about halfway. Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil to prevent moisture from entering the cake. Make sure all the water evaporates from the pan and add as needed. Let it cook for about 1 hour (60 minutes), or until a toothpick inserted into the pan comes out clean and dry. Remove from the pot and let it cool for about 30 minutes before removing from the pan. While you wait for the cake to be ready, you can prepare the glaze. To do this, in a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, shredded coconut, a tablespoon of cornstarch, and the remaining milk left over from making the cake. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly to combine everything. Bring to a boil, then cook for about 1 minute over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes. Pour over the unmolded cake and sprinkle with the reserved shredded coconut.
