Bike Ride from Louvre to Denfert-Rochereau - 16 June 2026

Heading home after a family photo shoot. In Paris, I usually get around a lot on foot or by bike. I use Vélib', the city’s public bike-sharing system, which I pay for monthly. Even though it has its fair share of issues, it’s still a very practical way to move around the city. Here, you can follow a bit of the city’s daily movement during my commutes to and from photo sessions, whether by bike or on foot. There are Vélib' bikes that don’t work, and this time it was difficult to find one available. There are police and ambulance sirens, impatient drivers honking, and of course, traffic that can often be quite chaotic.
