We leave Dublin today and begin our Irish countryside roadtrip, with final destination today being Kinsale! We almost passed on visiting Rock of Cashel, and we are so glad we stopped because it turned out to be one of our favourite stops on the trip! We're doing a 10 day roadtrip through Ireland, stopping at iconic landmarks and having amazing food, all while taking in the beauty of the country. Follow along!
