This ensures the spiritual seeker interested in such matters can be rid of the Ego faster and more completely by recognising that Ego is something that we DO rather than something we HAVE. By defining the Ego in this way we can more accurately understand the mechanisms of the mind and more thoroughly examine the false beliefs and assumptions that lead to the activity of ‘Ego’ identification. If we falsely believe Ego is something we ‘Have’ we waste time trying to ‘get rid of it’ but once we see clearly it is something we ‘Do’ we can more accurately set about ceasing the activity of Ego and therefore come to a satisfying conclusion to spiritual seeking and realise full enlightenment (moksha, self-realisation, awakening, satori) My videos are for spiritual seekers, people who are healing emotionally and finding inner peace.
