CAP Agroindustrial - Institucional

Founded in 1986, CAP AGROINDUSTRIAL is a national company actuating with processing, banding and marketing of peanuts. It is located in the city of Dumon, in the region of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, 300 kilometres far from the capital of São Paulo and since its foundation gives its contribution to the development of the city and the expansion of the Brazilian peanuts market. Pioneering always has been the main characteristic among the CAP AGROINDUSTRIAL’s entrepreneurial actions. An example of it is that in 1996, after the official release of the first variety of peanuts in Brazil, the hander type, CAP was the first company producing this variety on a commercial scale. Moreover, it was a pioneer in introducing peanuts harvest machinery as well as in new technology of industrial equipment.
