Baby Crow Week! #5 / Baby's Gotta Eat!

Today we see a beautiful baby crow waiting for mom to come back for lunch. That's exactly what happens and you can tell because the baby just sits around with their mouth open. Today's Crow fact: Baby crows, called fledglings, leave the nest at about 4 to 5 weeks old even though they aren’t expert fliers yet. They spend several weeks hopping, gliding, and practicing while their parents continue to feed and protect them.
