The San or Bushmen of Namibia, one of humanity's oldest cultures, are struggling to adapt to modernity. With 98% of young people failing at school, many return to their villages without a diploma, attached to their land and family. Faced with this reality, the "Barefoot Academy" school was created. It teaches young people the ancestral skills of hunters and trackers, opening up opportunities in adventure tourism, hunting, and animal conservation.
