Pendre Blockpost

Pendre is a small station and control point on the Talyllyn railway in mid wales, this busy little Blockpost controls both the section towards Tywyn wharf station and the section north towards BRYNGLAS (covered in another video) , as well as controlling the locomotive sheds and carriage sidings here. We see a busy mornings operation getting the empty coaching stock out to go towards Wharf station as well as some engineering and locomotive movements under the watchful eye of signalling Inspector Dave, who is our guide upon how all things work at Pendre Blockpost.
