High protein meal prep, 102g protein meal, 1,130 calories, clean cutting diet, ground chicken rice bowl, bodyweight fitness, shredded meal. This is one of my go-to meals while cutting and getting shredded: a huge high-protein plate made with ground chicken, white rice, peppers and onions, chopped broccoli, and simple seasoning. This full meal comes out to around 102g protein and 1,130 calories. It is simple, filling, repeatable, and built around real food that keeps me full while I stay locked in on my fitness goals. Ingredients: 1 lb 92/8 ground chicken 1.5 cups cooked white rice 1 frozen bag peppers and onions 1 frozen bag chopped broccoli 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Black pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Paprika Instructions: Heat a ceramic frying pan on medium heat, around level 5, for 5–7 minutes. While the pan heats, get 1.5 cups of cooked white rice ready and set it to the side. You can make the rice in the Ninja Foodi, use rice you already cooked, or heat the rice separately before adding it to the pan. Once the pan is hot, add the ground chicken and let it sear for 2 minutes on one side. Cut it in half, flip it, and let the other side sear for another 2 minutes. After that, break the chicken up until it is fully ground. Season it with Himalayan pink salt first, then black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until the seasoning coats the chicken and there is no white left. Let the chicken sit for 5 minutes. Then scrape the bottom of the pan with a wooden spatula so the browning and seasoning come up from the bottom. Stir it again and let it sit for another 5 minutes. Add the chopped broccoli and peppers and onions. Stir everything together, pat it down evenly so the heat distributes across the pan, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Stir again, then let it sit for another 5 minutes. Add the 1.5 cups cooked white rice into the pan. Stir until the rice is fully colored and mixed into the chicken and vegetables.
