Bangkok surprised us all over again! Join us for 24 hours of eating Thai food in Thailand's capital! We are so excited to be in Bangkok for the first time in over 6 years! We start our day at our favorite local restaurant, Tum Bak Hung Thi Baan, where we try a few classic Thai dishes: pad kra pao (stir-fried pork with basil) and som tam (papaya salad). We also try a gourd and egg dish and wash down our food with some Thai tea and peach coffee. From here, we visit an incredibly beautiful temple called Wat Lat Prao and admire the stunning golden Buddhas. We then make our way to the famous Chatuchak Weekend Market—the biggest outdoor market in the world. After walking through and taking some time to window shop, we grab ourselves a few snacks and drinks. Next up is the Or Tor Kor fresh market, only a quick 5-minute walk from Chatuchak Weekend Market. We end our day by grabbing a tuk-tuk back to our neighborhood, grabbing some Thai desserts along the way.
