When choosing a shampoo, it's especially important to use one without sulfates, as otherwise it won't nourish your hair but will roughen and dry out the hair and scalp. A low pH value is also beneficial. The subsequent conditioner and hair care product shouldn't be overly heavy. Hair care products with keratin extracts are particularly good for caring for long hair, help combat dry hair, and give you beautiful, smooth, shiny hair. I style my hair without a flat iron.
