Republic Day 2026 | Social Media Awareness Play by UPS Kids

On the proud occasion of 26 January, the students of UPS presented a meaningful and thought-provoking play on the topic “Social Media is Harmful.” This special Republic Day performance highlights the negative effects of excessive social media use on children and society. Through powerful dialogues and expressive acting, our young performers showed how addiction to mobile phones can affect studies, health, family relationships, and real-life communication. The play also spreads awareness about cyberbullying, fake news, and the importance of using technology wisely. Republic Day reminds us of our duties as responsible citizens. Just like we protect our nation, we must also protect our minds and values from harmful influences. This drama encourages everyone to balance online and offline life and to use social media in a positive and responsible way.
