This interview movie reflects on the meaning and value of work through the words of employees working at Ibaraki Isuzu. “What kind of work do you do?” “What value does your work have?” “What kind of smiles do you hope to create through your work?” From sales representatives, engineers, advisors, parts staff, painters, head office members, and those involved in the recruitment agency business, each person shares their own perspective and pride in work that supports the region. Although each person’s role is different, they all share a common value: supporting the lives and work of people in the local community.
