First, flat components, such as coulter discs and main frame parts, are cut and sent to the press brakes. The parts are also laser-cut in the steel profile department and then welded. Next, we can watch a robot place the discs in a sharpening machine, and the parts are sent to the laboratory for hardness testing. After shot blasting and chemical cleaning, the parts are powder-coated and then assembled at the Agromasz factory in Poland.
