Family learning showcase: Unplugged Tots

In October 2025, we invited Hannah Hagon to showcase her book, Unplugged Tots, and share practical ideas for empowering children to become curious, adaptable and confident thinkers. Hosted by Miranda Baxter, Deputy Director (families) at Campaign for Learning, this free online event explored how families and educators can support essential skill development through joyful, hands-on learning experiences. Unplugged Tots, founded by Hannah Hagon, is a pioneering programme that helps children aged 2½ to 8 develop critical thinking, problem-solving and logical reasoning skills through screen-free, play-based activities. Unplugged Tots was Commended in the 2026 Family Learning Awards for Family Learning to Support STEM.
