09.04.2021 We had already been in Senigallia town, but not yet at Uliassi restaurant, led by chef Mauro Uliassi in the kitchen and by his sister Catia in the dining room. In a suggestive location on the beach, we tried the LAB 2021 menu and we were conquered by a cuisine that is only apparently simple, with straight forward flavors that reinterpret local cuisine in an elegant and surprising way.
