今日は、ボウルで順に混ぜてくだけで生地作りが簡単な林檎のマフィンををご紹介します。 こちらも以前あげた焼きっぱなし林檎ケーキをプレゼント出来るように、少しレシピを変えてマフィン型で焼きました。 林檎たっぷりで、溶かしバターで風味をつけ、冷めてもしっとりするようオイルを加えています。 ワンボウルで順に材料を加えて混ぜてるだけなので、コツいらず! とっても美味しいです、ぜひお試しください＾＾ レシピは下にあります↓ ★English recipe is below★ 大人気YouTuber “cook kafemaru”の 「罪深いスイーツ」 Amazonはこちらから購入できます↓↓↓ https://www.amazon.co.jp//dp/4046048948/ ラッピングもいっぱい載せています＾＾ 「世界一作りやすいおうちスイーツ 」 https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4046045116/ ========================== **れしぴ置き場** 【材料】マフィン型 直径6.5cm 高さ3.5cm　6個分　 卵(L) 1個　殻無しで55g きび砂糖(グラニュー糖)　40g 溶かしバター,無塩　35g 米油(癖のないオイルならok)25g バニラオイル ★薄力粉　100g ★ベーキングパウダー 3g 林檎(中くらい)　1個 生地用： 刻んだもの　120g トッピング：　 ハートで抜いたもの　50g *グラニュー糖 【作り方】 *オーブンは170℃に予熱しておく。 ①林檎は皮を剥き、縦に7mmくらいの厚さでスライスする。 ハートのクッキー型で6個抜き、残った林檎をすべて小さく刻む。 ②ボウルに卵を割り入れてほぐす。 砂糖を加えてしっかりと混ぜる。 ③溶かしバター、オイルを加えて混ぜる。 乳化させる。 バニラオイルを加えるとより風味が増します! ④★をふるい入れてゴムベラで混ぜる。 ⑤刻んだ林檎を加えて混ぜる ⑥絞り袋に生地を入れてマフインカップに絞る。 スプーンなどで生地入れしてもok ⑦生地の上にハートの林檎を乗せ、上からグラニュー糖をかける。 ⑧170℃に温めたオーブンで22-24分焼いて出来上がり! *焼成後は乾燥を防ぐためにビニール袋などに入れて保存してください。 ====================================== 【Ingredients】6 muffins 1Egg(55g w/o shell) 40g Sugar 35g Unsalted butter, Melted 25g Oil Vanilla oil ★100g Flour ★3g Baking powder 1 Apple(Medium-sized) For the batter: 120g Chopped apples Toppings: Cut using a heart-shaped cookie cutter: 6 pieces (approximately 50g) *granulated sugar 【Directions】 Preheat the oven to 170°C. ①Peel the apple and slice it vertically to about 7mm thickness. Cut out 6 pieces using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, and finely chop the remaining apple. ②Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it. Add sugar and mix well. ③Add melted butter and oil, then mix. ④Sift in the ★ (dry ingredients) and mix with a rubber spatula. ⑤Add the chopped apple and mix. ⑥Put the batter in a piping bag and squeeze it into muffin cups.
