He also clarified that the range depends on the model and usage: with a home charge, you can travel about 100 kilometers on electricity alone; for longer journeys, plug-in hybrids offer up to 1,300 kilometers by combining both systems. Regarding the installation of home chargers, Jimena pointed out that it is simple and can even be done with a standard single-phase connection. The battery has an eight-year warranty, and replacing it is cheaper than changing a conventional engine. It also highlighted its safety in water or adverse conditions. Currently, the best-selling models in Argentina are regular hybrids or full hybrids due to their sufficient daily range for most urban users.
