We tend to complain a lot and criticize everything around us in this country. Things will be much better if we change ourselves first then the rest will be naturally changed. Nacer is a Proud Algerian with a career purely led by his endless curiosity and passion to towards new challenges. Right after his graduation from the Institute of Electrical Engineering (Ex-Inelec) where he specialized in Control and Robotics, he received the prestigious scholarship "Fulbright" and got his Masters in Public Administration from Montana State University in the United States. In parallel to all that, Nacer was very active both locally and internationally in the world of associations and NGO's, which got him the chance to work with many international organizations.
