Verse 2 I meditate upon Lord Shiva, destroyer of Tripura, adorned with countless ornaments, crowned with the youthful crescent moon, covered with sacred ash, beyond all limitations, who conquered Yama and even subdued the pride of Cupid. Verse 3 I adore Lord Shiva, who sustains the universe, bears the Moon and the sacred Ganga within His matted locks, holds the deer in His hand, protects all beings, and whose three eyes shine as the Sun, Moon, and Fire. Verse 4 I meditate upon the Lord whose jeweled anklets resound during His divine dance while Brahma and Vishnu accompany Him with celestial music.
