Peruvian Navy Flagship BAP Pisco (AMP-156) Arrives in San Diego

The Peruvian Navy Landing Platform Dock BAP Pisco (AMP-156) has officially arrived in San Diego. 🎥⚓️ The 122-meter multipurpose ship made the journey up from Peru and is stopping by Southern California for a quick resupply before heading out to Hawaii to participate in the massive RIMPAC 2026 naval exercises. Commissioned in 2018, this 11,000-ton powerhouse serves as a Swiss Army knife for Peru's navy. If you look closely at the clip, you can spot her massive rear flight deck (built to handle two heavy-lift helicopters) and a large well deck inside the stern designed to roll out amphibious vehicles and landing craft.
