1/2 old unknown 1970s-1980s lifts modded in 1997 by Orona TDS + 2020s automatic door

Welcome to a new video filmed on Saturday 17th January of this year, about two old 1970s or 1980s elevators, modded by Orona with model OR96, the same as TDS, in late 1990s or in early of the next decade, only keeping original the outside doors, and the guide cables too? Please, answer me if you know it. Also, I filmed an automatic door, which I don't know which brand it was and the date when it was installed, probably this current decade. The first lift was great; with the exception of the motor, slow for the number of floors; and the lack of an infrared curtain, important for the safety. The other one was out of service. The automatic door wasn't safe, because it lacked of a sensor in case of someone would want to entry or exit, in spite of, if it's pushed, it would open again. Left lift: Brand: ? // Orona.
