CDPCC Alumni Stories: Coaching Growth & ICF Pathway
Graduates of the Competency Development Program for Coach Certification (CDPCC) share how the experience goes far beyond training—it becomes a journey of meaningful, lasting transformation. In this alumni panel conversation, coaches reflect on how the program deepened their practice, strengthened their confidence, and shaped their professional coaching identity. The CDPCC program at Gestalt International Study Center is designed for both emerging and experienced coaches who want to integrate Gestalt-based learning with professional coaching competencies aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Participants experience a powerful blend of: ✔ Live-online and in-person learning ✔ Experiential Gestalt-based coaching practice ✔ Mentor coaching and peer feedback ✔ Real-time observed coaching practicums ✔ Applied learning of ICF Core Competencies ✔ Business development support for coaching practice growth Graduates earn the GISC Coach Certificate and meet the educational requirements to pursue ICF credentialing pathways, including ACC and PCC tracks (pending coaching hours and additional ICF requirements).
