Marion Wichmann-Fiebig worked on the draft EU directive and traces with us how such a directive is negotiated and decided upon in the EU. It's the same path that the controversial EU copyright reform, with its infamous Articles 11-13 and 15-17, took in 2019 (three years after this broadcast).
