Making a Bitcoin transaction with Electrum

In this video, I import a random person's Bitcoin address (NOT MINE) copied from the public blockchain (no private keys obviously so I can't spend it), and go through the process of making an unsigned transaction (can't sign, I don't have a private key). 1. A miner's address with thousands of transactions - didn't work because the MyNode on a Raspberry Pi can't handle it. 2. Attempt of a regular person's address, but there was no available UTXO 3.
