Tri Glide Rear Shocks, ProAction verses DK Customs NexGen shocks

This is a video of my 2014 Harley Davidson Tri Glide. I originally had 14” ProAction rear shocks, and now a comparison between the DK Custom NexGen rear shocks. I will say that I was/am happy with the performance of the ProAction shocks. I did fine tune them to my personal liking (added one full turn of preload on each shock, and adjust the rebound “clicker”) and was actually quite happy with them. My curiosity on the great reviews of the DK Custom NexGen shocks, I wanted to see if they were indeed better and any notable differences between the two. Out of the box, with no adjustments…. There is indeed a noticeable difference and improvement. The same bumps, (both small and large/harsh) the DK Custom NexGen shocks took the harshness and bite out of these bumps, never bottomed out and was smoother compared to the ProAction. DK Custom products also sells ProAction shocks … you can’t go wrong either way! This is my unbiased opinion and review of these two GREAT shocks!
