Asus RTX 2080 Ti 11GB to 22GB VRAM Upgrade | Memory Replacement Guide

In this video, I upgrade an Asus RTX 2080 Ti from 11GB to 22GB by replacing the original GDDR6 memory modules with 2GB Samsung memory modules. This is a board-level BGA memory modification that requires proper rework equipment and experience with GPU repair. The original card uses Samsung 1GB memory modules at 14Gbps. I replaced all modules with 2GB Samsung modules and changed the strap resistor configuration so the BIOS recognises the new memory.
