Why I Sold Everything I Own
2.13 quadrillion- the number of different outfits I could build from my wardrobe of 412 articles of clothing. The definition of a hoarder is someone who has difficulty parting with things, and after a 2.5 month stint in Japan I started to realise that perhaps it’s time to break the spell, and sell everything. In this motivational video, I'm sharing my personal story of why I decided to take the leap and sell everything I own. I used to be consumed by the idea that the more I had, the happier I'd be, but I realized that intentional living and embracing a minimalist lifestyle was the key to true happiness. By downsizing and clearing out my belongings through garage sales, car boot sales, and thrifting, I was able to escape the cycle of consumerism and focus on what truly matters. This journey of decluttering and simplifying my life has been transformative, and I want to inspire you to do the same. It's not about living with less, but about living with purpose. I believe that by adopting a wealth mindset and letting go of the need for material possessions, we can find true financial freedom and live a more sustainable lifestyle. So, if you're feeling stuck and wanting to make a change, watch to the end to find out how I did it and how you can start your own life reset. Was a pleasure to meet you all! Hopefully will do something similar again at somepoint, just hopefully minus the clothes 💀 Have a lovely day! James :)
