Sports Scientist approach to training, work and life!

Week 1/13 training for an ultra-marathon! I've signed up for a 46k race in September with 2200m of elevation gain. Also shared some insights into the work I'm doing, coaching & people I support, and fitting it all in around life too. This week's training details: Monday: Swim 1100m Tuesday: Run (Speed) - 7.2km Total Body Strength & Power Wednesday Tempo Run - 11km (3k+2k @ 4:28/km) Total Body Strength & Power Thursday Swim 1000m Friday Long Run (21.5km) Saturday Easy Run 5km
