Baha' al-Din Muhammad bin Hussein Ameli, nicknamed "Sheikh Baha'i", is one of the scholars of the Safavid era. Due to his mastery of various sciences such as philosophy, mysticism, jurisprudence, astronomy, mathematics, literature, logic, engineering, ethics and history, he was a wise sage of his time and many of his works have been left behind. Sheikh Baha'i is one of the great sages and philosophers of Iran; but what distinguishes this great sage and thinker from other Iranian scientists is, in addition to his mastery of sciences, the wonders of engineering and the mysterious miracles that we have heard about this great sheikh. Sheikh Baha'i had many services, in addition to the scientific services and written works that he left behind, he left architectural masterpieces in the world by building extraordinary buildings in Isfahan based on his engineering genius, which have never been seen anywhere else. Sheikh Baha'i has also been considered a person of dignity and strange narratives about him are on the lips. He was also proficient in the field of literature and his works reflect the literary genius of this great thinker.
