Ford 2.3L water pump removal

Many water pumps are either part of, or mounted behind, the timing cover. Thankfully Ford made this engine easy to work on. 3 bolts removed and it'll pop right off (normally). This one had an oversized o-ring that put it in a bind, not letting it be backed out easily. But got it out and the donor one installed. Works like a champ.
