As I am getting more people who are interested in learning table tennis in the Bay Area, they often struggle with forehand drive because they have been playing tennis for so long or never learned it before. I made this video so that you know every single thing theoretically to do a forehand drive as a beginner and intermediate players may also check their forms, especially weight shifting technique to make their shots even more efficient and powerful. Although I highly recommend to learn from professional coaches even for basic techniques, I hope watching this video will give you a good idea of how forehand drive is done despite of your stage of learning table tennis.
