Raintree Terrace is a nature-responsive residential project that explores the healing relationship between architecture and the natural environment. In a time when urban living often neglects nature, the project is designed to restore this lost connection through thoughtful spatial planning. A magnificent Raintree located adjacent to the site is treated as an integral part of the design. The remaining green patch around the tree is transformed into a children’s playground, ensuring the preservation of the tree while creating an interactive outdoor space for residents. Although the building follows a rigid geometric form, strategic fragmentation allows the structure to adapt to the location of the Raintree. This approach creates a dynamic spatial relationship between the built form and the tree canopy, allowing nature to penetrate the architecture. A spacious circular terrace is designed at the corner of the building, along with multiple terraces at different levels. These spaces offer immersive views of the Raintree, allowing residents to experience the feeling of living beneath its canopy. Raintree Terrace stands as an example of architecture that respects nature, promotes well-being, and redefines urban residential living.
