I Hope I Never Get Closer To a Bear Again

With a little over a week left in Canada before Tina flies out and I have to start driving back we decided to get away the national parks now that it's late July. We headed south to the Kananaskis Valley area to Peter Lougheed Provincial Park since we have a pass to park there already. We figured the crowds would be less because of the additional cost. We decided Interlakes Campground would be the best place to stay. We got lucky and snagged a lake side site on the 3rd day! What we didn't expect was seeing multiple bears a day for many days, some of them so up close it got ridiculous. I'll also share our usual camp life chores.
