iSDT Q8 Max RC Charger Review - Small in size, big on power!

The iSDT Q8 Max RC Charger is the most powerful charger in iSDT's "Q" line, boasting 1000 Watts of power and up to a 30 Amp charge rate. I was in the market for a new computerized RC charger in this power range after blowing up one of my trusty and well used iCharger 306B's. The Q8 Max has the same power and maximum charge rate, yet is smaller in size, half the price, and has some interesting & useful features. Is it any good however? That is what this review is all about. Specifications on this little charger are indeed impressive. Over and above the 1000W & 30A maximum power & current ratings; the Q8 Max allows up to 3 Amp discharge current, up to 1.5 Amp balance current (per cell), and supports the BattGo smart battery system. Battery types and cell counts supported by the iSDT Q8 Max: LiPo 1-8S LiHV 1-7S LiIon 1-8S LiFe 1-8S PB 1-12S NiMh/NiCd 1-16S The Q8 Max also has a battery destroy feature which will put up to a 3 Amp load on any battery to drain it completely dead for safe disposal along with a USB power output rated at 5V/2A.
