İsa Bey, Ranking 400th in the University Entrance Exam, Made a Great Achievement Additionally, fluent in seven languages, İsa Bey studied at the Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University. İsa Bey has been living in America for 24 years, crafting a unique life story. For 23 years, he made a living working as a waiter in various restaurants. Now, he makes and sells Turkish coffee from a cart, bringing this ancient culture to Americans. Born in 1973 in a village in the Zara district of Sivas, İsa Bey spent much of his childhood as a shepherd. In the 1980s, he moved to Bağcılar, Istanbul with his family. When he went to Ankara for education, he became more interested in poetry and art than school. As his school life extended, he decided to take a different path and move to America. The difference between his family's expectations and his own passions strengthened his resolve. Upon arriving in America, he started his life working as a waiter. After a while, he opened a restaurant with a renowned chef, which boosted his self-confidence. During this period, he also ventured into the world of theater and cinema. Adapting to a new geography and pursuing his dreams took him 10 years. He enrolled in a conservatory in America, wrote and directed plays, and eventually had the opportunity to make films after theater. Feeling the need for change, İsa Bey decided to open his own place. He bought a cart and started selling Turkish coffee on the street, dreaming of discussing art with the people who came by. Now, he is preparing to build a cultural center in the middle of the street in America. His aim is to introduce the rich Turkish culture and art to all of America. This inspiring life story is the best proof that İsa Bey will continue to create throughout his life. His determination, courage, and passion for art inspire us all. Thank you, İsa Bey, for following your dreams and lighting the way for us.
