In this episode of Salta Agropecuaria, we visit the Campo Quijano dairy farm and dulce de leche factory, located 30 km from the city of Salta in one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas of the Lerma Valley. There, we interviewed the key figures of the company, a family business that exemplifies value-added production at the source. They are characterized by their efficient production at every stage of the process and achieve widespread consumer acceptance for each of their products. This year, Campo Quijano Dulce de Leche was once again crowned the best dulce de leche in the country at the Caminos y Sabores Fair, held at the Argentine Rural Society's fairgrounds. During our visit, they explained everything from how they manage calves on the farm to how they set industrial and commercial goals to continue growing their business.
