“Bari Sarkaar” is an old column by Javed Choudhry from Zero Point 3... To me, it is more than just a story... It feels like a reminder of the quiet and mysterious way Allah’s system unfolds in this world... Life often appears to run on power, status, influence, connections, and resources... But sometimes Allah SWT chooses to support someone in ways that defy all visible logic... A stranger suddenly becomes a means of help... Circumstances unexpectedly shift... Doors open where there seemed to be none... And sometimes the entire world feels as if it has silently aligned itself in favor of one person... This is perhaps one of the hidden realities of Tawakkul... That when Allah decides ease for someone, He does not merely change circumstances... He changes hearts... He changes people... He changes decisions... He changes paths... And at times, He even changes the direction of a person’s destiny... We are often too focused on the visible means... But behind every means is Musabbab-ul-Asbab... The One who can create solutions through a sentence... Through an encounter... Some experiences enter our lives only to remind us that true authority never belongs to people... Human beings are only instruments... The real command comes from somewhere beyond them... And when Allah intends goodness for someone... Even closed roads begin to open on their own... ----- Dr. Muhammad Yahya Noori is a Professor of Microbiology and Director Digital Learning at Dow University of Health Sciences. On a personal level, he is the founder of Numood (www.numood.org), an Insitute for Leadership Development. Dr. Yahya is a life-long learner. A medical doctor by education, he completed his MBBS from Dow Medical College in 2005 and obtained his PhD in Infection and Immunity from the University of Glasgow, UK in 2013. He also holds an MBA in Marketing and an MSc in Organizational Psychology. He has recently completed an advanced Diploma in Health Professionals Education from The Aga Khan University. He is a certified religious scholar and has completed his 8 years of “Shahadat ul Alamia’ from “Wifaq ul Madaris ul Arabia’ and an MA in Islamic Studies from Karachi University. He has been teaching Hadith and Tafseer at Hidayah Academy and Al-Furqan Institute. Dr. Yahya has more than two decades of teaching experience. Besides his core subjects Microbiology and Immunology, he teaches Psychology, Marketing, Personal Development, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Communication Skills through different courses and workshops at and beyond Dow University. He is keenly interested in e-learning and teaching with technology. He is also a certified Life-Coach, a Hyponsis Practitioner and a Licensened Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. He has been on various consultative and leadership positions and has worked closely with his colleagues and students. At Dow University, he is a member of various committees including Core group for Strategic Planning, Institutional Review Board and Curriculum Committees. He regularly writes about personal & professional development, health, and workplace well-being, and has published two books on the topic. He is a known speaker on this subject and is frequently invited to speak on these topics by various entities. He delivers different courses through Numood to desseminate his knowledge and experience through one-on-one executive programs.
