Cleaning Efflorescence Again

Today we are cleaning efflorescence from the surface of this fire feature and retaining wall for the second round. The first time we used a diluted muriatic acid which cleaned it well but it did return. This time around we are using a soap mixture that is mildly acidic. The difference between the two is that the muriatic acid will etch the surface of the stone whereas this soap mixture will not so you can apply it as many times as you want without it etching your stone.
