How to Make a Gluten Free Pie Crust
Music: http://www.purple-planet.com This is a great gluten free pie crust recipe that works so well and is so easy to use. It is so flaky and buttery and goes perfectly with any of your favorite pies. I use Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten free baking flour which really gives it a great base. The gluten free flour is really easy to work with and it is not grainy at all. I demonstrate how to roll out the pie crust because that can be super tricky. Gluten free pastry is usually very flimsy and can break easily but if you use my trick to roll it on a thin, plastic cutting board it makes it so much easier to transfer over to your pie plate. It took me a few years to figure this out and I want to share it because it really changed how I made my pie crust. It got so much easier and was much less of a headache.
