Add the kefir and mix again. Sift the flour in batches and knead until slightly sticky and soft. Let rest for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 12 pieces, rolling them in flour. Roll out the flatbreads, not too thin. Shake off any excess flour. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
