Sensing Your Own Energy
Focussing on the space between your palms, especially combined with breathing, will cause a sensation of energy to accumulate between the hands. The more relaxed you are, the stronger the feeling. This is sometimes referred to a 'bioenergetics'. We use this focussing of energy every time that we hurt ourselves, or even when we're tired; for example, if you hurt your arm, you will rub it; if you are tired, you will put your hands over your eyes. ___________________________________________________ James Drewe teaches Tai Chi and Qigong in both London and in Kent and online, and there are a number of free videos available as well as 'subscription classes'.
