In this video, you'll discover how to learn to play Arisa's famous song, "La notte," using only basic chords. This way, even those who don't know how to play the piano can learn to accompany themselves simply and effectively. The aforementioned song is made up of six chords: (F, C, Em, Dm, Am, and Bb); and in the video, you'll find the simplest way to play it. Considering that the fingers, starting from the thumb, are called 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively, the recommended right-hand fingering for the aforementioned chords is as follows: F (1 – 3 - 5); C (1 – 3 - 5); Em (1 – 3 - 5); Am (1 – 3 - 5); Bb (1 – 3 - 5). If you want to play this song using your left hand, the recommended fingering is as follows: F (5 – 3 - 1); C (5 – 3 - 1); Em (5 – 3 – 1); Am (5 – 3 – 1); Bb (5 – 2 – 1). Finally, I'd like to point out that there are other ways to play these chords, using what are called "inversions," but this video section is intended for those who don't know the piano well, and the whole thing would be more complicated to manage. Practice the chord progression, first playing slowly and then gradually speeding up the passages until you reach the speed of the original song, and you'll see that it will be very easy to learn.
