Ravana Falls (රාවණා ඇල්ල) Ravana Falls (popularly known as Ravana Alla, (රාවණා ඇල්ල) is a popular sightseeing attraction in Sri Lanka. It currently ranks as one of the widest falls in the country. This waterfall measures approximately 25 m (82 ft) in height and cascades from an oval-shaped concave rock outcrop. During the local wet season, the waterfall turns into what is said to resemble an areca flower with withering petals. But this is not the case in the dry season, where the flow of water reduces dramatically. The falls form part of the Ravana Ella Wildlife Sanctuary, and is located 6 km (3.7 mi) away from the local railway station at Ella. Private property : Amba Estate if you are planing to go there make sure the safety first and ask the path way from the villager. රාවණා ඇල්ල (රාවණා ඇල්ල) (රාවණා ඇල්ල) යනු ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ජනප්‍රිය නැරඹුම් ආකර්ශනීය ස්ථානයකි. එය දැනට රටෙහි පුළුල්ම දිය ඇල්ලක් ලෙස ශ්‍රේණිගත වේ. මෙම දිය ඇල්ල ආසන්න වශයෙන් මීටර් 25 (අඩි 82) පමණ උසකින් යුක්ත වන අතර ඕවලාකාර හැඩැති අවතල පාෂාණ තලයකින් කඳුරැල්ලක් ගලා යයි. දේශීය තෙත් සමයේදී දිය ඇල්ල මැලවී යන පෙති සහිත පුවක් මලකට සමාන යැයි කියනු ලැබේ. නමුත් ජලය ගලායාම නාටකාකාර ලෙස අඩු වන වියළි කාලවලදී මෙය එසේ නොවේ. ඇල්ල රාවණා ඇල්ල වනජීවී අභයභූමියේ කොටසක් වන අතර, ඇල්ල ප්‍රාදේශීය දුම්රිය ස්ථානයේ සිට කිලෝමීටර 6ක් (සැතපුම් 3.7) දුරින් පිහිටා ඇත. පුද්ගලික දේපල : අම්බා වත්ත ඔබ එහි යාමට අදහස් කරන්නේ නම්, පළමුව ආරක්ෂාව සහතික කර ගැමියාගෙන් මාර්ගය විමසන්න.
