PET Line 1500 ml for Stella Alpina | Installed by BBM in 4 Weeks

BBM completed the installation and startup of this new SMI PET bottling line for Stella Alpina in just 4 weeks. Designed for still and sparkling water production in multiple formats, the line reaches speeds of up to 18,000 bottles per hour and includes blow molding, filling, capping, labeling, packing and palletizing systems. One of the most innovative features of the project is the layout configuration, where bottles are labeled before filling to ensure better label adhesion and higher final quality. Thanks to the experience of BBM technicians, the entire line was installed, tested and successfully started up in only four weeks.
