Midweek Ninja Gammon Roast because well, why not!

Impromtu mid week Gammon roast, I really wanted to create the perfect roast potato using the Ninja airfryer. My oven roasties are (dare I say it) delish but bunging hard potatoes into the Ninja wasn't producing the same quality as the oven roasties. However! I have cracked it, simply par boil for as long as you dare, once drained and steamed dry, season to your liking and gently (this is key) very gently place in the basket (remove crisper plate) once the potatoes have hardened a little, it is safe to start shaking them about.Very happy with the end results.
