Magical mooring, the perfect pub… and insane cow drama

In the thrilling canal-clusion (sorry) of our Ashby Canal Chronicles, we come to a screeching u-turn at Shackerstone: officially the most magical place we've moored so far. We discovered the perfect pub and witnessed a whole calf drama. Just another normal day of slow paced narrowboat adventures basically.
