This is how I dropped my 16'x36' 17.5k gal pool water temperature from 91 deg to 86 deg overnight. The air temp was 77 deg. What worked the best was an electrical submersible pump that was rated for 4080 GPH. It had a 1.5" discharge that I teed off and angled two 1" pvc pipe coupling to spray the water over the pool. Please Like & Subscribe! Pool jets for a 1.5" return. These just slipped into the pipes where my old jets were at. Return jet from above 2. 1/2" union filed down to fit into the return jet eyeball 3. 1/2" threaded male to female 90 deg. elbow. 4. 18 - 24" 1/2" threaded pipe from the irrigation section. 5. sprinkler head with the head removed.
